Depression


Although this blog is to have fun and understand life there is more than just laughter in each of our daily lives. Some might be having a bad day, others might be having a bad moment but there are some that have to deal with depression. Yes, depression is different in other people and everyone has different ways of dealing with it. Let's get real we ALL become depressed one time or another in our lives. And if you say you never felt depressed be glad but one day you will and you will understand how those that are going through it feels. Depression is something that does not only hurt the person that suffers from it but those around them. The reason why is because you may not know that the person you are with or your friend suffers from depression. It is something that is look down on and something that people make fun of. That is why people with depression do not really talk about it because they hate the usual comments. For example, snap out of it, it's in your head or you need to go out and stay active. What they do not understand is that we want to buy cannot. Our bodies physically cannot do it. Depression is different as i stated but one thing is common is that we feel like we are a burden but also feel that the world is against us. At times we will push those away that love us and want to stay in bed crying all day. Depression can also turn into dark humor because at times that is the only way to look at it or feel better. Not only that but we become clingy and understand that we can be annoying asking the same question but we just want reassurance. Depression doesn't always stay at times we are happy and at times we need medication but that doesn't change who we are. We are HUMANS with emotions just like everyone else. But understand this people show depression in different ways. The one who is usually the most happiest and making sure everyone is okay is also usually the one suffering from depression but doesn't want to say not worry anyone or thinking no one cares. But if you are suffering from depression you are not alone in this world and people do care about you. So tell someone and tell them how they can help and educate them on you feelings and way of thinking.
