Have you ever been tired? Not the kind of no sleep but the kind of you just don’t want to do anything and just want to say fuck it? Yea happens more than we all like to admit. However, it’s okay to sometimes feel like that because we all need a break. Lets get real we all do to much and spend to much giving our energy to other things that we hardly take time or ourselves. So at times when we feel drained and not feel like doing anything but sleeping, crying, watching movies, or anything at all YOU should do it at least two to three times a month. It will do your mental health well. That is because you cannot do everything as much as you want to it will break you at some point. I know we all have different responsibilities but however we all need to make time to understand that we are human and that we need time to relax and get our sanity in order. It is okay to say you need a mental health day just to do nothing but stay home in pjs and just chill. So dont worry tiredness always happens but the way you handle it will determine how tired or refresh you feel.
